Supervision

Claudia Filsinger is leading our Supervision Practice. She takes a systemic and experiential approach, using 3D objects mapping and innovative learning approaches as relevant to allow clients to understand the wider context of their coaching practice as well as specific issues. Supervision supports professionals in maintaining a professional and ethical practice. Further it has a restorative function by providing emotional support and focus on continued professional development. Claudia's work is based on the Global Code of Ethics. She is an accredited executive coach and member of the Association for Coaching.

Moving Vision - Global Open Supervision Virtual Community

The video meetings are designed on a drop-in basis for busy professionals who would like to reflect on their professional practice, client relationships and their professional and practice development. Supervision is required by many coaching bodies for accreditation. However, many professions who would also benefit from Supervision don’t have established supervision models and provision such as in-house coaches, business consultants, mentors, HR practitioners, L&D Managers, trainers, mediators and people managers. Participants will also go away having learned activities they can use for self-supervision and you can find out more about the concept here.

You can view the times & dates and register for 2021 here. These virtual supervision meetings can also be offered client specific, e.g. for your in-house coach pool.
