Supervision

Claudia Filsinger is leading our Supervision Practice. She takes a systemic and embodied approach, using 3D objects and movement to allow clients to understand the wider context of their practice, clients and any specific issues.

Supervision is required by many coaching bodies for accreditation. However, many professions such as HR, business consultants, trainers and mediators who would also benefit from Supervision don’t have established supervision models and provision. Supervision supports professionals in maintaining a professional and ethical practice. Further it has a restorative function by providing emotional support and focus on continued professional development.
