We offer 1:1, group and team coaching programmes for organisational or private clients. Each programme is tailored to clients’ needs. Our coaching practice is informed by latest research and ethical standards set by the Association for Coaching and we contribute to the coaching community through research and publications. We are committed to continuous professional development, supervision and reflective practice. We offer coaching in English and German.

Claudia’s coaching style creates a reflective environment that enables clients to clarify issues, visualise solutions and to manage transitions successfully. This is achieved through working in partnership with the individual client to maximise their potential by increasing self-awareness through identifying strengths, values, and influences of other factors such as cultural background. When working with teams she supports the process of finding a sustainable and inclusive way of purposeful collaboration. Through working with 3D objects, spatial tools and emerging experiential learning methods, clients are able to see the wider context of their challenges or opportunities, and hidden dynamics and interrelationships become visible. Her work is informed by systemic approaches (she is a trained constellations facilitator) and the change framework Theory U.
Her clients include senior executives in major IT, financial services and legal organisations, as well as entrepreneurs and independent coaches. She has also experience of working with the third sector. Her background is international sales and sales training at leading IT and Publishing companies. In addition to her facilitation and coaching work her experience includes teaching Business, Management, and Coaching at Higher Education Institutions and on commercial coaching training programmes. She publishes and speaks regularly on coaching topics. Originally from Germany and now living in the UK, she works both in English and German.
She holds a BA in Business Studies, an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, a Professional Certificate in the Advanced Studies of Coaching Supervision and a Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD). Further she is a MBTI Step 1 practitioner and is accredited by the Association of Coaching (AC). Claudia’s areas of specific expertise include sales & business development, virtual management, career management and systemic coaching and constellations. She enjoys working with people at all career stages and from a wide range of backgrounds and geographies.
