Claudia is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, coach educator and coach supervisor. She founded Moving Maps Ltd. to make emerging learning practices such as systemic coaching, improvisation and experiential learning accessible to professionals who support others with professional learning and development. She has worked with senior executives in major IT, financial services and legal organisations, as well as people managers, sales professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners and independent coaches. She also has experience of working with the third sector. Her own corporate background is in international business development and sales training with leading IT and media companies. Her experience also includes teaching Business and Coaching at Higher Education Institutions and on commercial training programmes. Originally from Germany and now living in the UK, she works both in English and German. She holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, BA in Business Studies, a Professional Certificate in Advanced Study of Coaching Supervision and a Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD). Further she is a MBTI practitioner, trained as systemic coach, constellations facilitator and in Social Presencing Theatre. She is accredited by the Association of Coaching (AC). Claudia’s areas of specific expertise include sales & business development, team coaching, virtual team management and leadership development. She enjoys working with people in all career stages, sectors and geographies.
Naheed is a Human Resources and Coaching practitioner with extensive experience in the publishing and media industry, and more recently in the charitable sector, legal and financial services. She has worked both in-house and on a consultancy basis on a wide range of HR and change management projects, as well as coaching private clients through their own personal transitions. She is CIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and a Coaching certificate with an accredited coach training programme (Coaching Development).
David came to coaching from a background as a counsellor/psychotherapist and trainer of therapists in a Higher Education, where he also designed and led a programme in counselling, coaching and mentoring. His main interest as a trainer is integrating therapy and coaching, enabling practitioners to develop through the cross-fertilisation of ideas and skills. Aside from his training and client work, David is undertaking doctoral research at Oxford Brookes on the topic of professional conscience in coaching and coach-supervision. David holds a MA (with Distinction) in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, and a Professional Certificate in the Advanced Study of Coaching Supervision. He is a registered, accredited counsellor/psychotherapist member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of BACP’s Coaching Division and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Geraldine is a highly experienced coach, facilitator and coach supervisor. She has extensive experience in b-2-b sales, hospitality, the charitable sector and education. She led the development of two work-based learning Masters’ degrees which focus on reflective practice and is an experienced action learning facilitator. She works with executive coaching clients and helps individuals focus on life stage transitions particularly at the end of careers. She holds a PG Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, an MBA and a PG Cert in Supervision.
Deborah is an integrative coach, who focusses on creative approaches to coaching such as using creative writing. She has extensive experience in health care, higher education, and leadership, with specific interests in wellbeing. She has operated as an internal coach in the NHS as well as an independent coach with in range of sectors. She is qualified as a team coach and as an action learning facilitator. She holds a PG Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, and a PG Diploma in Learning Organisations.
Helma is an experienced one-to-one coach and facilitator. Her area of expertise is conflict resolution, stress management and burn-out prevention. She successfully coaches private clients through challenging periods in their careers and helps them navigate work relationships and conflicts. In organisations and schools she facilitates training on the handling of conflict and stress. Her background is in the IT sector where she worked in client services for a market leading analyst firm in a highly multicultural setting. Helma holds an MSc in Business Psychology, a Coaching and Mentoring Diploma and is a principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).
Richard looks after operations and finance at Moving Maps. He has widespread experience of different types of businesses and organisations, Managing Director/Director level in SMEs, General Manager in a plc., and Project Management in a leading NGO. He holds a PG Diploma in ‘IT in Business’ and an MBA. He lectures in Business & Management with a particular interest in strategy, creativity and innovation. He is 'VIEW qualified: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style'.
We are based in Oxford, UK but have a wide network of facilitators, coaches and coaching supervisors around the world who we collaborate with and we are able to work in most geographies. We are also highly experienced in using phone and video conferencing for all of our events and coaching.
